We know meeting someone for the first time can be intimidating, and trying out a new church can be nerve-wracking. 

We want to make your first experience at Northgate a great one!

We'd love to schedule your first visit so we can get to know you and show you around, but if you want to just swing in, that's cool too, and the info below could be useful. 

Rest assured, when you make it to a weekend worship service, you'll fit right in, and we'll be glad to have you there.

Nursery and Kids Programing are available 15 minutes prior to each service. 

Northgate is really easy to find!

We're located in the COR of Ramsey near PACT Charter School and Allina Clinic.

The first thing you should know is that we are passionate about helping people become who God purposed them to be - our weekend experiences, weekly programming, groups, classes, and community events are driven by this mission.

The weekend worship SERVICES are Saturday at 5PM and Sunday at 9 & 11AM.

Next, we're pretty CASUAL. Come as you are. Jeans and ballcaps welcome. 

That same sentiment applies to your faith journey as well -- no matter where you are at, just COME AS YOU ARE. We expect that some guests may have grown up in a church, while others may be completley unfamiliar. We know that some guests may be following Jesus, while others are not sure what they believe. BOTH are always welcome and accepted as we learn together. 

When you arrive you'll notice we have ample PARKING in our personal lot, but we also share parking areas with the neighboring clinic and school, so there's ALWAYS a spot ready for you. 

Once inside, you'll see a WELCOME DESK in front and that's a great place to find more info, or meet a volunteer to help you with anything you need. 

Nearby is the COFFEE SPOT with free coffee and refreshments for you and the kids. 

Speaking of kids, our nursery and KIDNECTION programming begin 15 minutes prior to each service, but kids can join in at any time. Safety is a priority so our friendly volunteers will help check your child in. 

**If it's your first visit, you may want to allow a few extra minutes for this process--we want to make sure they have the best experience and that we have all the information we need to provide a safe place for kiddos. Kids are also welcome to join parents in the auditorium for the service and we provide "busy bags" for those kiddos, too.

As you enter the AUDITORIUM for service you'll recieve and envelope that can help you stay in touch with us, or submit a prayer request. This is also how people can give to the mission of Northgate, but there's no pressure to give --especially when you're new to Northgate. 

You can have a seat anywhere you like but note that our FIRST IMPRESSIONS TEAM is always on standby to help you find a seat or provide anything else you might need. Just look for someone wearing a smile and a lanyard.

The HOUR LONG SERVICE will include high energy worship music, a short video announcement, and an encouraging message from one of our pastors. You can download the NORTHGATE APP to get the message notes & scripture references for that day. 

AFTER service, please stick around to enjoy some coffee, meet people, look around, and ask questions. We're a very social crowd, so chances are, someone may introduce themselves to you!

KIDNECTION for kids, nursery through grade 5, begins 15 minutes prior to each service. 

We teach things relevant in your child’s life, using language they can understand, in a comfortable and safe environment. 

Kids learn that God created them,  loves them, AND wants to have a real relationship with them.

It's also very important to us that kids are met exactly where they are at -- all kids are unique and special with varying needs. If your child is shy, has sensory sensitivity, needs to wiggle, stim, or get a little extra help, we're here for that! 

**If you're visiting for the first time, check in will take 3-5 minutes so you may want to plan your arrival time accordingly.
